“Round Table: Diversity in Mentorship”
Drs. Corbie-Smith, Eng and Cykert will lead off by offering thoughts on the following questions:
- What structural components of the academy are barriers to career development that we should be aware of, consider, or disrupt in our mentorship?
- How do we ensure that a welcoming and inclusive environment is conveyed through our mentorship structures?
- What can we do as mentors to help eliminate the inequities described in these articles?
Then we will open up the floor for questions and discussion with the group.
