Gene variant heightens risk of severe liver disease in cystic fibrosis

September 09, 2009 Researchers at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill have discovered a genetic risk factor for severe liver disease in people with cystic fibrosis. Rosen publishes research on HIV infection in N.C. prisons
