2023 Master's and Doctoral Exam Dates

Registration is required for all comprehensive exams and must be sent to Tiffany Harris by Tuesday, June 27, 2023.  Only registered students will be allowed to take the exams. You must register by the set deadline determined when the dates are posted. Details for each exam are listed below.

MASTER’S EXAMS

MS Part 1, Theory
Date: July 26, 2023
Time: 9 am – 3 pm
Location:  MHRC 0001

Exam: Closed-book, in-class exam for 6 hours

MS Part 2, Applied
Date: July 28, 2023
Time: 9 am – 3 pm
Location: MHRC 0001

Exam: Open-book, in-class exam for 6 hours; bring your own laptop (with a power cord)

DOCTORAL EXAMS

Theory Exam, Section 1
Date: July 25, 2023
Time: 9 am – 1 pm
Location:  Rosenau 133
Exam: Closed-book, in-class exam for 4 hours, must answer 2 out of 2 questions.

Theory Exam, Section 2
Date: July 27, 2023
Time: 9 am – 1 pm
Location: MHRC 0001
Exam: Closed-book, in-class exam for 4 hours, must answer 2 out of 2 questions.

Time: 9 am
Location: Take-home exam for five days;
Exam: Must answer 4 of 4 questions.
