Trinnette Cooper, MPH
In this role, Ms. Cooper provides leadership for the School's diversity programs and initiatives, outreach and recruitment. She also represents the School, in particular the Office of Student Affairs, on a number of initiatives related to student success, diversity and inclusion. These include serving as the primary point of contact for school-wide minority student recruitment efforts and overseeing diversity programs (pipeline programs) and recruitment, such as:
- NCCU-LCCC Partners Public Health Training Program
- Project IMHOTEP Summer Public Health Internship
- Summer Public Health Symposium for High School Students
Ms. Cooper also acts as the diversity liaison for the School with the UNC Office of Diversity and Multicultural Affairs and is the School's representative with the ASPPH Student Recruitment sub-committee and APHA annual exposition as well as the Gillings Ambassador Program.
