Todd Schwartz, DrPH
About
Dr. Todd Schwartz, professor and associate chair of biostatistics, works collaboratively with the UNC School of Nursing (joint faculty appointment), the UNC Thurston Arthritis Research Center (Co-Director of the NIAMS-funded Methodology Core) as well as the UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy and the UNC Department of Exercise & Sport Science/Human Movement Science Curriculum (through adjunct faculty appointments). Much of Dr. Schwartz’s efforts are focused on supporting various projects across these units with regard to their biostatistical aspects, including consultation on design, conduct, analysis and dissemination.He also serves as Public Health Data Science Concentration Lead for the MPH program, and he has published on innovative pedagogical methods, including the ‘flipped’ classroom.
