Staff/Administrative Duties

Provide operational support to academic program operations, as identified by the Vice Chair for Academic Affairs, the Academic Program

Directors and other faculty associated with the program

Revise and send out surveys related to academic programs

Disseminate Teaching Assistant (TA) opportunities and assist with TA identification processes

Perform admission-related tasks for the doctoral program

Schedule faculty attendance at recruitment and orientation events

Manage student listservs and other student communications

Assist with student award nominations

Work with the School Registrar and Vice Chair for Academic Affairs to schedule departmental courses

Process student appointments, including GSHIP enrollment
