Mark Weaver, PhD
Mark Weaver, PhD, is a faculty biostatistician in the Education, Training and Career Development Program within the NC TraCS Institute, in which role he provides statistical and study design expertise to clinical and translational research scholars supported by UNC’s CTSA.
Dr. Weaver has more than fifteen years’ collaborative and consultative experience in non-profit, industry and academic settings, and has actively contributed to the design, analysis and interpretation of many randomized, cluster-randomized and observational studies with clinical, behavioral and health services research outcomes.
Research ActivitiesDr. Weaver’s personal research interest lies in the foundations of frequentist statistical inference.
