Lois Adler-Johnson, MPH (she/her) is the Data Analyst & Advisor at the North Carolina Institute for Public Health. Lois has an educational background in engineering, statistics, and epidemiology. She has experience in injury and violence epidemiologic research, data science, and informatics, previously working with the Carolina Center for Health Informatics, UNC Injury Prevention Research Center, and the NC DPH Injury and Violence Prevention Branch. Lois is passionate about sharing and applying her quantitative data analysis and programming skills in ways that address racial and health inequities across North Carolina. Outside of work, Lois enjoys cooking, reading, and volunteering as a doula.
