Julia Kimmel (she/her) is a communications specialist with the workforce training and education unit at the North Carolina Institute for Public Health (NCIPH). In support of the Institute's continuing professional development programs, she leads marketing efforts, copy edits and designs course materials and uses digital storytelling tools to communicate about their value and impact across the state.
