Jennifer Yourkavitch, PhD
Dr. Yourkavitch is an epidemiologist whose research and applied work documents and addresses determinants of health, particularly in relation to infant feeding practices, maternal and child health, HIV/AIDS, malaria and other infectious diseases, gender, equity, and health systems and service delivery in the U.S. and globally. She has 20 years of experience in designing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating public health programs. She is currently a senior technical specialist for ICF, a consulting firm, where she manages global health programs and conducts research.
Dr. Yourkavitch lectures on infant feeding, global health, quantitative and qualitative research methods, and program design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation.
