About
Isis Trujillo-Gonzalez, PhD is a Research Assistant Professor at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill’s Nutrition Research Institute (NRI). Her research is focused on mechanisms linking choline status and neurodevelopment in health and disease states. She joined the NRI in 2015 to conduct her postdoctoral research under the mentorship of Steve Zeisel. She earned her PhD in Biomedical Sciences from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM) in 2015.
