Francis S. Binkowski
Dr. Binkowski is a Research Professor in the Institute for the Environment.
His main research efforts are with modeling the behavior of atmospheric aerosols. He is one of the architects of the CMAQ model, EPA's regulatory regional chemical transport air quality model. He works on the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) CMAS project and guest lectures in ESE.
