Ms Bradley is responsible for representing the research studies and related Principal Investigators in multiple capacities comprising interactions with community partners, campus departmental staff, IRB committees, and with co-investigators and study staff in various situations.
She develops, justifies and oversees study budgets including meeting all reporting requirements for both the University and the funding agencies. She is responsible for hiring, training and supervising research staff.
She also performs instrument and protocol development and refinement, website design and maintenance, tracking system design, all IRB documentation and communication, report development and results presentation as well as grant proposal and manuscript development and submission.
