Staff/Administrative Duties

• Manages the daily functions of the residential MPH format. 

• Recruits and hires Residential MPH Core TAs and tutors, serves as supervisor for student tutors, manage tutor schedules and approve timecards. 

• Schedules and facilitates regular meetings with Academic Coordinators and program leadership to ensure consistent advising of students. 

• Creates MOUs for residential faculty teaching MPH Core courses and residential faculty serving as course leads in the MPH@UNC program. 

• Coordinates the scheduling of MPH core courses each semester with feedback from MPH Program Director and faculty. 

• Manages the residential comprehensive exam reporting process and graduation paperwork between Gillings and the Graduate School.

• Manages MPH Program website and works with Communications team to ensure accurate representation of the program.
