Ms. Jenks completed a Bachelor’s of Public Health in nutrition at UNC-Chapel Hill’s public health school and a Master’s of Science in food and nutrition as well as a dietetic internship at UNC-Greensboro. She is the assistant program director of the Coordinated Master’s Program at UNC-Chapel Hill. She enjoys backpacking with her husband on the Appalachian Trail, gardening and cooking.
