Amanda Law joined UNC in March 2016 as the director of special events and campaign projects for the Gillings School of Global Public Health. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing all aspects of special events within the Advancement Office of the Gillings School and for creating and directing a group of emerging donors for the School.
In North Carolina, Law previously worked for the Biltmore Estate in Asheville and the American Diabetes Association in Raleigh, and was part of the opening team of The Umstead Hotel and Spa in Cary. She attended Appalachian State University and received a Bachelor of Science in communications in 2005.
