NC governor announces cash drawing for vaccinations

Gov. Roy Cooper provides details of a state incentive program to encourage more North Carolinians to be vaccinated against the coronavirus. Dr. Mandy Cohen, secretary of the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services and an adjunct professor at the Gillings School, says these cash drawings "add another reward to the many that come with getting a COVID-19 vaccine."
