Room Reservation Request
The Office of Student Affairs will confirm all requests and send a confirmation email when your request is granted. Requests for meetings, events, or programs will not be confirmed until classes have been scheduled for that semester (March 15th for Fall Semester & November 1st for Spring Semester). When sending room reservation requests, please remember that you will receive a confirmation of your reservation within 1-2 business days. Please make requests at least one week in advance when possible.
Weekends & After Hours: Please remember if you are reserving a room after hours (7pm) or on weekends you must also contact Brent Wishart, Facilities Coordinator at email@example.com. He can also help you to reserve additional tables for conference rooms, classrooms and auditoriums.
