Room Reservation Request
The Office of Student Affairs will confirm all requests and send a confirmation email when your request is granted. Requests for meetings, events, or programs will not be confirmed until classes have been scheduled for that semester (April 15th fall semester reservations and November 1st spring semester reservations). When sending room reservation requests, please remember that you will receive a confirmation of your reservation within 1-2 business days. Please make requests at least one week in advance when possible.
Weekends & After Hours: Please remember if you are reserving a room after hours (7pm) or on weekends you must also contact Brent Wishart, Facilities Coordinator at email@example.com. He can also help you to reserve additional tables for conference rooms, classrooms and auditoriums.
