SPH Conflict of Interest Committee

The UNC Gillings School of Global Public Health COI Committee seeks to identify and manage, reduce, or eliminate conflicts of interest that arise out of research and entrepreneurial endeavors related to our investigator’s many institutional activties for the purpose of preserving transparency, fostering independent decision-making, protecting research subjects, and ensuring integrity of the educational experience.

For more information about Conflict of Interest and how it is managed in our School, click here.

UNC has updated its Financial Conflict of Interest Policy to comply with a regulation announced by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. In order to comply with the regulation, all UNC researchers (faculty, students, and staff) are required to complete a short training exercise on the new policy.
