  • Directs formative and process evaluation components for several practice and community based intervention research studies
  • Has worked with hundreds of physicians, office staff, administrators, families and children in both rural and urban counties
  • Expertise in:
    • the design of qualitative data collection forms and protocol
    • qualitative assessment
    • working with investigators, community leaders, and study staff to collect, interpret and translate the lessons learned into creative and culturally appropriate targeted intervention strategies
  • Involvement in qualitative training for numerous multi-site CDC and NIH studies
  • Project director experience
