Over 20 years of international and domestic experience as program director, technical advisor, trainer, health educator.

Senior Health Systems Advisor at Ipas: manages technical initiatives to strengthen health systems and personnel capacity/networks; development of core initiatives/curricula; technical leadership in strategic planning and partnerships, project development, service delivery improvement, effective training, health education and advocacy, and women’s sexual health.

President of Global Citizen: improving international human relations and productivity by enhancing the capacity and preparedness of professionals, students and others as global citizens to interact and work more effectively across cultures.

Speaks French, Dutch; basic Spanish.

Publishes and presents extensively on international women’s sexual and reproductive health.
