  • Extensive work experience in mental health, substance abuse education and prevention
  • Working for the Alamance Citizens for a Drug Free Community, serving as coalition coordinator for the prevention of underage drinking that focuses on the implementation of environmental strategies, including advocacy, education and media/marketing campaigns that impact the issue
  • Works closely with members of the community including law enforcement, schools, health organizations and neighborhoods
  • Serves as social marketing consultant with the Alamance Alliance for Children and Families that is developing a local infrastructure to address the emotional and behavioral health concerns of children ages 0-5
