HPAA Alumni Receive Two Awards
| S. Robert Hernandez, DrPH has been named the 2006 recipient of the Filerman Prize for Innovation in Health Services Management Education by the Association of University Programs in Health Administration (AUPHA). The prize recognizes individuals from AUPH member programs who have made outstanding contributions to the field of healthcare management education.
Michelle Mello, JD, PhD has been named the recipient of the Alice S. Hersh New Investigator Award by AcademyHealth, a health professional research society. Dr. Mello conducts empirical research into issues at the intersection of law, ethics, and health policy. |
