Gillings Submission Form for News and LCD Screens

Use these instructions to submit event information or an announcement for distribution to UNC Gillings School of Global Public Health faculty, staff and/or students. Please begin by choosing one of the forms below. After completing the information, you will have the opportunity to choose another distribution method.

If you have a story about your research, scholarship or service experiences that might be interesting to the media, on our website, or in our Carolina Public Health magazine, please contact Thank you.

For All Submissions:

Events and announcements should be posted by noon each Friday to be included in the following week’s email and newsletter, which is sent on Mondays.

Requests posted after noon on Friday will be added to the website as soon as possible and will be featured in subsequent emails.

•The Office of Student Affairs will not send a weekly email to students during the summer months. Announcements for the weekly newsletter can be submitted until the last week of classes.

Please note: The LCD screens are programmed with a formatted template. Although your flier or poster may be beautifully designed, it will not necessarily ‘read’ well on the monitors. Therefore, we reserve the right to alter your images or designs.
