Bender receives Fulbright Scholar Award
Deborah Bender, PhD , research professor in the Department of Health Policy and Administration, has been awarded a Fulbright Scholar Award. Established in 1946, the Fulbright Program aims to increase mutual understanding between the peoples of the United States and other countries through the exchange of persons, knowledge and skills. Dr. Bender will travel to China for the fall 2008 semester, teaching courses in public health policy at Sichuan University in Chengdu. |
