Ms. Siegel is a creative and persuasive public health leader with extensive experience in successfully developing and managing complex organizational structures aimed at both research and service delivery. She has had progressively responsible positions addressing research, education and training related to health care access, quality, effectiveness, and cost. Ms. Siegel has demonstrated success in securing competitive awards, and supporting staff through federal, foundation and other grant proposal development and implementation and is a proven “go-to” executive leading new initiatives to grow service delivery and research delivery funding.
